As a registered social worker in the province of Ontario, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I've completed numerous courses specialized in CBT, grief and trauma focused care amongst other therapeutic techniques. 
As the owner of Light Post Therapy I'm dedicated to individual therapy. I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they need. My services are currently available online or over the phone at this time to ensure the safety of all clients. All of the technical services used by Light Post Therapy are HIPPA compliant and vetted to ensure the utmost confidentiality and protection of clients information.
